Anemone Interiors is a husband and wife team with over 30 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in Interiors. They offer a completely personal service based on client preferences and budget. They are happy to be involved in the detail of projects as much or as little as their clients' wish, from simply supplying fabrics to providing a full interior design service. Business Situation
Anemone Interiors approached Cogent Enterprise as they wanted to make better use of the technologies available to them so that they could manage their growing business. In particular, a key area for them was to be able to optimise their efficiency when dealing with customers and also during the sales process. In addition, as a design company, Anemone knew the importance of portraying a strong brand. They already had a website but they wanted to consider other ways of deploying their brand to build on the customer base.
Business Solution
Cogent Enterprise proposed their Routine Magic™ BlackBox service where a fully managed server is supplied and placed at Anemone's offices. Connection to the service is completely transparent and seamless; Anemone's sole responsibility is to ensure that a new tape is placed in the server each night for system backup. The service fully supports mobile access to core-business information as standard, including email, calendar, business contacts, secure file sharing and collaboration tools.
Once the technology had been addressed and deployed, Anemone began working with Cogent's creative team to look at ideas to attract new customers and expand their business further. The creative team delivered a number of marketing materials promptly; the impact of these has quickly produced new customers. Anemone will continue to work with Cogent to maintain this momentum, working in partnership to help grow their business.
